will continue to comply, with all applicable laws, rules, and

all its donor and prospect information and will not sell, exchange,
or give that information to any person or group outside of the
client organization. |

with an organization whose mission is not in conformity with
the AFP Code of Ethics, or which otherwise does not meet the
ethical standards of CAPITAL

will register as fundraising counsel with the appropriate regulatory
agencies for each client served and those regulatory authorities
will approve all contracts. |
