the Presenters |

Dr.
Sharon Hughes
is Chairman and CEO of Access
One Grant Writing. She has raised millions of
dollars in funding for various diverse organizations
throughout North America and has more than 30 years
of philanthropic management experience. Dr. Hughes
has extensive experience in federal, state, foundation
and corporate grant writing. She is the former Grants
Administrator for the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas (UNLV). Dr. Hughes has degrees in Behavioral
Science, Business Administration (MBA) and Educational
Administration and is presently an adjunct professor
for UNLV and the University of Phoenix, facilitating
courses in Business Management and Communication. |

Linda
Lysakowski, ACFRE
is President and CEO of Capital
Venture, and one of only 78 people worldwide
to hold the Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive
designation. Linda is a nationally known consultant,
author and trainer who has written numerous publications
including, Recruiting and Training Fundraising
Volunteers, published by Wiley & Sons.
She is a contributing author to The Fundraising
Feasibility Study—It Not Just About the Money,
scheduled for publication in early 2007. Her new
book, The Development Plan, is also scheduled
for publication by Wiley & Sons early in 2007.
Linda has managed capital campaigns ranging in size
from $200,000 to over $12,000,000. |
