- Thank volunteers for coming.
- Show video, if available while taking refreshments.
- Update them on the campaign progress to date.Explain other divisions: leadership, business, class agents (whatever is appropriate for this campaign) stressing that the phonathon is part of a larger effort, but that this portion of the campaign is crucial to the success of the campaign. Show campaign thermometer if we have one.
