Nancy has experience in Fundraising, Board Development, Community
Relations, Marketing, Program Development and Enhancement, as well
as Recruiting, Training and Team Building with over 20 years experience
in the nonprofit sector. She has done feasibility studies, capital
campaigns, annual giving, fundraising events, endowments, grant
writing; created, managed and marketed a Corporate Volunteer Program
with volunteer opportunities and auxiliary programs; initiated a
Patient Satisfaction/Customer Service Program and an Employee Suggestion
Program and, specific to the healthcare field, expanded diagnostic
services. Nancy received her philanthropic training through Muhlenberg
Evening College with the Association of Fundraising Professionals
(AFP) and Nonprofit Leadership Training through Bucks County Community
College with the United Way of Bucks County.
Nancy's strengths include her proven abilities in the areas of
community capacity building and developing, and implementing programs
and projects for a cross section of nonprofit organizations.
